How it works

The Thigh Transfer is an advanced equipment designed to remove anatomical thighs from birds, regardless of the brand or model of the cutting line. Its operation uses an intelligent joining system that allows the simultaneous removal of thighs from multiple rows. After removal, the thighs are re-hung in the Mayekawa (Toridas) and Foodmate (Ultimate and OptiX) deboning machines. With an impressive capacity of up to 14,400 thighs per hour, the equipment guarantees efficiency, minimizing damage and ensuring correct orientation when hanging. With less than 0.5% of drumsticks damaged and a guaranteed efficiency of 97%, the Drumstick Transfer stands out as an effective solution for large-scale processing in the poultry industry.
